If you are a new patient, please fill out the following forms before visiting our clinic or you can come 15 minutes earlyer. Please wear comfortable clothes that can be pushed up to your elbows and knees easily.  Each visit typically includes an exam and an assessment of your current condition, and the insertion of needles. The first visit will typically last one hour, and the following visit generally lasts about 45-60 minutes.

Acupuncture therapy usually involves a series of treatments. The length of a treatment varies widely from person to person, depending on the particular symptoms, whether it is acute or chronic condition, and the general health condition of the patient.

Treatment Fee

Please pay what you can afford for each treatment from $15 to $40 (plus $10 paperwork fee for the first visit). We only accept cash or check.
